If you do not want this general payment data related to your in-app subscription to be collected, you should not purchase an in-app subscription.Any other information you enter into the App for the purpose of using the App is stored locally on your device. Though we have no intent to collect or share this information, you should not enter any information that you do not wish to be potentially shared with the public. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of this information.2. Purpose of Data Collection
The aggregated and anonymous information we collect is used for analytical purposes. We use this information to understand market demands and enhance user experience.3. Data Protection
We take the security of your information seriously. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.4. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or lease your payment data to third parties. The only exception is if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.5. Children
We do not use the App to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Because all payment data related to in-app subscriptions we collect is aggregated and anonymous, we may not be able to provide or delete this data at your request.

Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)The Returns Tracker mobile application ("App") is licensed to you ("User" or "you") by Returns Tracker ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for use only under the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). By downloading from Apple's software distribution platform ("App Store"), installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.1. Acknowledgement
The Company and the User acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between the Company and the User only, and not with Apple, and the Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.2. Scope of License
The license granted to you for the App is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded Products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that such the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.3. In-App Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app subscriptions for access to certain features or content. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your device's settings.
• You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to continue it. We are not responsible for repayment of subscription fees for subscriptions you did not cancel.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable.4. Data Collection
We may collect aggregated, anonymized payment data related to in-app subscriptions for analytical purposes. This data will be used to improve our services and enhance user experience. The Company and the User acknowledge that the Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in the Agreement, or as required under applicable law.6. Warranty
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor Apple will have any warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.7. Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we or Apple be liable for personal injury or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.8. Intellectual Property
The unauthorized copying or modification of any version of the App or our trademarks, or any attempt to do so, is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the property of the Company. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.Any mention of trademarked names in the App, the App's website, the App's App Store listing, and any materials released by the App are for reference or demonstration purposes only. We do not claim ownership of these trademarked names.The Company and the User acknowledge that, in the event that any third party’s claim that the App infringes on that third party’s intellectual property rights results from the User’s possession or use of the App, neither we nor Apple will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that intellectual property infringement claim.9. Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.10. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.11. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.12. Third Party Terms of Agreement
If and when applicable, you must comply with any relevant third party terms of agreement when using the App.13. Third Party Beneficiary
The Company and the User acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon the User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the Agreement against the User as a third party beneficiary thereof.14.
